Airbag Safety

Hi, I´m a volunteer firefighter in Carpinteria, San Luis, Republica Argentina (south America), a 6000 inhabitant´s town but with lots of cars running in the near by hiway. We are having big problems to dissable the unexploted airbags in crushed vehicles before extacting the patient. Our Station is new (1 y.o.)and so the personel. The automotive companyes are not giving us any information. Do you have any info to share with us via email, specialy where to find airbags???
We also are in a forest area, so any info about forest fire is higly welcome.
